I appreciate all of your encouragement and support. #4ofjuly, #blueberrymojito, #cheeseandfruit Tonight's Recipes: Tri-Color Cheese & Fruit Skewers Monterey Jack Cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes Strawberry cut into similar size as the cheese Blueberries Bamboo Skewers Top a piece of Cheese with a piece of Strawberry. Thread 3 Blueberries onto a Skewer and push the Skewer through the Strawberry and Cheese cube. Serve on a plate. Blueberry Mojito Pour 1/4 cup Blueberries into a tall glass. Top with 5 Mint leaves and a few slices of fresh Lime. Muddle (smoosh) with a wooden spoon. Add 1 oz White Rum and 1.5 oz Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice. Add ice and top with Club Soda or a Lemon/Lime Soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
