Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats 🫐

INGREDIENTS (makes 2 portions)
- 100g Oats
- 20g Chia Seeds
- 60g Cream Cheese
- Juice & Zest of 1 Lemon
- 250ml Milk
- 160g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Crushed cookie or some granola to too
*OPTIONAL: you can add a tbsp of liquid sweetener if you prefer it sweeter x
1. Add oats, chia seeds, cream cheese, lemon zest & juice and milk to a bowl. Mix to combine.
2. Gently fold in the blueberries.
3. Divide the mixture between two jars, cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Top with crushed cookie or granola before serving.
