Locomotive Wheel Slip Can’t Pull The Train JawTooth shorts

This is the Dupps Railroad at the CSX interchange. The train is in Carlisle Ohio picking up two heavy duty 8 axle flat cars. The brakes were set on the cars and that is why the locomotive had a wheel slip and couldn't pull them. Once the brakes were released the small GE end cab locomotive that was built in 1970 had no problem pulling them.
