المقادير:
طحين 2 كوب
ماء دافئ 3/4 لل 1 كوب
زيت 2 ملعقة كبيرة
ملح 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة
سكر ربع ملعقة صغيرة
لحمة 300 غرام
ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة
فلفل ربع ملعقة صغيرة
بهار ملعقة صغيرة
لبن كوب 1.1/2
طحينة 3 ملاعق كبار
سن ثوم 1.1/2
ملح تلت أرباع ملعقة صغيرة
ماء السلق 1/2 كوب
سمنة
صنوبر
زيت حار

Ingredients:
Flour 2 cups
Warm water 3/4 to 1 cup
Veg Oil 2 tbsp.
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
Ground beef 300 g
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Mix Arabic spices 1 tsp
yoghurt 1.1/2Tahini
3 tbsp.
Garlic 1.1/2cloves
Salt 3/4 tsp
Tatarburak water 1/2 cup
Ghee
Pine
Chili oil
To prepare the dough:
mix the ingredients except for the oil .knead it and then add the oil in the last step
. knead it well ,then put it in a bowl, cover it and leave it for 30 minutes. To prepare the filling ,In the pot ,pan sear the meat with vegetable oil, add Arabic spices, black pepper powder and salt until it is fully cooked. To prepare the sauce
Mix all the ingredients, then add a little bit of Tatarburak boiling water.
Roll out the dough, cut it, and fill it as shown in the video
In a pot boil water with a teaspoon of salt, then add the dumplings. Leave it until it becomes ripe, and put it on the kitchen tissues to dry out of the water(for a minute maximum so that it does not stick to the tissues)Put it in a serving dish and pour the yoghurt sauce over it, add Ghee and pine nuts or chili oil.
