This recipe reminds me golden days of my life. Few days in the city of gardens (now IT hub) , yes ! Bengaluru . South Indian Breakfasts are my all tie favorite, Specially Rice Vermicelli. It's healthy, light and tasty too. So here I present authentic recipe of Semiya bhath. Enjoy !!!
Ingredients List :
Water : 4 CUPs
Rice Vermicelii : 2 CUPs
Oil : 3 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp ( or as per taste will be used 2 times as shown in recipe)
Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
Curry Leaves : 10-15 nos.
Bengal Gram and Split Black lentile : 1 tsp
Cashew Nuts : 15-20 nos.
Peanuts : 1/4 CUP
Lime Juice : 1 tbsp
Follow the steps shown in video and enjoy the tasty and healthy breakfast !
