Body Comes Back Off - ROTTEN OLD 1956 Chop Top Oval VW Beetle - 65

Removed the body from Eleanore the rotten old 1956 chop top VW Beetle so I could install a 73-79 VW Bus hatch in the rear. I got the VW Beetle body removal done in record time for me, somewhere around 90 minutes or less! No rust makes it easy! I'd like some better access to rear of my 1956 VW Beetle Chop Top Oval for easier maintenance and repairs. I found a rusted out rear hatch and hatch opening from a 73-79 VW Bus that I can graft into the space. This 1956 VW Beetle I received after it spent over 10 years out in the weather after being completely submerged in sea water by Hurricane Ivan back in 2004. This car was almost completely destroyed. If you've followed the ROTTEN OLD 1956 Chop Top Oval VW Beetle series you will have seen just how bad this car was when I began this VW Beetle restoration project.
