[MMD] Follow The Leader + links 60 FPS

First Quality video of 2017, ok let's get this going!! My last video didn't do so well and I realize I've gone on a long Hiatus, but I am back! Hopefully the quality isn't that bad, I rendered it in 60 fps and converted it in 60 fps as well so hopefully everything will end up looking good.
