In her new book, Corporate Governance: Boards of Partnership and State-Owned Entities in Mineral, Oils and Gas Industries, Ms. Khama shares insights on corporate governance, targeting policy and decision makers, think tanks, civil society and stakeholders interested and invested in the welfare of the extractives. With 20 years’ experience in the industry, Sheila Khama is one of the most prominent, respected and indeed knowledgeable advisors of the sector having advised African governments through the African Development Bank, as well as Latin American and Asian governments through the World Bank.
