general ingredients: garlic, kariptta leaves,
red chilli, Mustard,oil
Recipe: finally chopped coconut,put it in the mi
the mixer jaar,1 bowl of roasted
gram, 2 cloves of garlic, currypatta leaves,
and mix it in a mixer,than add some water,
and mix it again
Heat some oil in a small kadai
when the oil is hot add mustard and add this tadka
to the prepared chatney

put the dosa batter in a pan
until it becomes a thick dosa
fry until golden on both side
