CHATPATTI MASALA BHINDI RECIPE TYPE : INDIAN PREPARATION TIME : 10MINUTES COOKING TIME : 15 MINUTES TOTAL TIME : 25 MINUTES ⬛INGREDIENTS ◻500 GMS BHINDI (OKRA) ◻2 CHOPPED ONIONS ◻2 CHOPPED TOMATOES ◻FRESH CORIANDER ◻1 BOWL CURD ◻1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE ◻1 TBSP CREAM ◻1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS ◻1 TSP AMCHUR POWDER ◻1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER ◻A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA ◻SALT AS PER TASTE ◻1 TBSP RED CHILLY POWDER ◻1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER ◻1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER ◻REFINED OIL ◻1/2 BOWL OF WATER ⬛PROCESS ◻HEAT UP A PAN AND ADD 4 TBSP OF OIL INTO IT ◻ONCE THE OIL IS HEATED THEN ADD THE CHOPPED BHINDI INTO IT ◻SHALLOW FRY IT UNTIL IT TURNS GOLDEN-BROWN ◻ONCE THE BHINDI IS FRIED TAKE IT OUT IN A PLATE ◻FOR MAKING CHATPATTI MASALA BHINDI HEAT A PAN AND ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL INTO IT ◻NOW ADD 1 TSP OF CUMIN SEEDS INTO THE PAN AND ROAST IT WELL ◻NOW ADD FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS INTO THE PAN ◻ROAST UT FOR 2-3 MINUTES ◻NEXT ADD THE GINGER-GARLIC PASTE AND STIR IT UNTIL IT TURNS GOLDEN-BROWN ◻NOW WE WILL ALL THE SPICES INTO THE MIXTURE ONE BY ONE i.e. TURMERIC POWDER,RED CHILLY POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER,GARAM MASALA POWDER,A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA & AMCHUR POWDER ◻ROAST THE SPICES WELL ◻COVER AND COOK THE MIXTURE FOR 5 MINUTES ◻AFTER 5 MINUTES ADD FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES INTO THE PAN ◻TO COOK THE TOMATOES QUICKLY ADD SALT AS PER TASTE ◻COVER AND COOK THE MIXTURE FOR 5 MINUTES ◻AFTER 5 MINUTES STIR THE MIXTURE ◻NOW TO INCREASE THE THICKNESS OF THE MIXTURE ADD SOME WATER INTO THE PAN ◻STIR IT COVER AND COOK THE MIXTURE FOR 5 MINUTES ◻NOW OUR GRAVY IS ALMOST READY ◻NEXT ADD 1 TBSP OF CREAM AND 2-3 TBSP OF CURD INTO IT ◻COVER AND COOK THE MIXTURE FOR 5 MINUTES ◻NOW FINALLY OUR GRAVY I IS READY ADD THE FRIED BHINDI INTO THE PAN ◻MIX IT WELL ◻ADD SOME WATER SO THAT THE BHINDI ABSORBS ALL THE SPICES ◻ADD SOME FRESH CORIANDER ON TOP OF IT ◻COVER AND COOK THE MIXTURE FOR 5 MINUTES ◻NOW OUR CHATPATTI MASALA BHINDI IS READY TO SERVE ◻YOU CAN SERVE IT WITY NAAN , POORI , ROTI , RICE AND ENJOY IT ⚫THANK YOY FOR WATCHING THE VIDEO ⚫IF YOU LIKED THE RECIPE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HIT THE SUBSCRIBE BUTTON ⚫SO THAT YOU WILL NEVER MISS A VIDEO ⬛LIKE,SHARE,COMMENT AND SUBSCRIBE!!!!
