Let’s start with a very basic question that would pop in our minds. Why Smoothie? Like among all yummiest delights, why smoothie? But then who said, smoothies can’t be delicious?
This recipe believe us, can be the best source of replacement for breakfast or dinner. It helps in not just one way but many. Let’s explore a bit more, why smoothie?

Who would not want so many benefits at one go, with a very simple recipe.
1. SERVES : 1 person
2. INGREDIENTS
• Skimmed Milk/ Slim Milk (250 ml)
• Apple (half)
• Guava (one)
• Banana (one)
• Oats (4 tbsp)
• Flax Seeds (1 tbsp)
• Almond (6 pieces)
• Honey (1 tbsp)
3. PROCEDURE
• Take a jar, add 250 ml Skimmed Milk or Slim Milk.
• Cut half Apple, one Guava and one Banana into pieces. Add the fruits to the Milk.
• Add 4 tbsp of Oats, 1 tbsp of Flax Seeds, 6 pieces Almonds and 1 tbsp of Honey into the mixture.
• Blend it well, and our Smoothie is ready for consumption.
