sociopaths have either no empathy, or closely to no empathy. It doesn' t bring up to their conscious though. They can' t feel guilt, remorse, almost no fear, anxiety, sadness. They basically can' t feel most of the negative emotions. They are heavily prone to boredom though. I would guess that, and the suffering is the worst part about having it.

we believe it' s mainly genetic factors that come in to play. They don' t have to suffer through childhood trauma.
how they will behave:
pretty similarly as to sociopaths. We think they can' t feel any fear whatsoever. They can this still feel adrenalin though. Strange, i know. They can understand the situations logically, but they cant feel the fear and stress, only the adrenalin and the thoughts that will appear. Some say that sociopaths can bond at very rare occasions, but psychopaths cannot. This isn' t evident though. They are very different frompeople as it comes to emotions, but they will behave just normal. They learn to fake most reactions through their life pretty easily, just inthat they will get labeled something society doesn' t really understand, and then get misbehaved because of it. I would' ve faked my reactions as well, if i were to be a path, myself.
