Full Description
• 1 bunch of green onion,
(which has been washed with water & mediumly chopped)
• 1 cup chickpea flour
• 3 to 4 chopped green chilli
• salt to taste
• first, in a deep pot, add chopped green onion
• chickpea flour
• chopped green chilli
• salt to taste
• now mix well
(to make pakoda better, don't add any water in the mixture)
• after mixing properly, now add oil in a pan for deep fry
• when oil get hot, then on medium flame
deep fry the pakoda in small or medium sizes
• keep flame on medium, because on high flame,
it may remain uncooked from inside and it may burn from
outside
• cook well from both sides by rotating it
• when pakoda become light golden red in color,
then take in a serving plate
• deep fry the all pakoda, like this
• Tasty & crispy green onion pakoda is ready to Eat
