And yes, I was really doing too much pull-ups. Congrats for being so cool man, I'm not joking when I say that your Motivational Video from 5 years ago was the reason why I started calisthenics. ... 1

    My big ask for you Dom, is to show a progression video from zero to full hollow body hold. I find that time and time again what is limiting me in my progress in calisthenic skills truly is my core strength. I took a full year off of training skills and went back to complete basics, refining everything to its simplest form and building strength again from the ground up! My strength has improved immensely as with my mobility and flexibility in all joints, however raw core strength has still been the biggest issue when making the leap back to training skills. For example during handstand training what always fails first is my ability to maintain slight PPT in maintaining a flat back and stacked alignment. For front lever and planch as well i always feel my upper body has more in the tank before I start to lose proper alignment through the bodies midline. It’s crazy to me that I’ve been able to improve my mobility and strength has improved so much that I can perform full planche lean push-ups, one arm chin-up negative, overhead squat but I still can’t maintain a full hollow body hold for even 30 sec. Show me what that big brain of yours has got in store, ready for the next step in training evolution💪🏼 ...

    @wjtek-_-47873 years ago Hey @Dominik Sky i have issues with my left wrist from doing ring muscle ups. The ulnar side feels pain whenever i do them. I have done lots of mobility, strengthening and regressions for both muscles and the connective tissue for months, but it seems to help and come back. Do you have any exercises or tips to help heal this? ... 1

I do try to modify exercises that are hurting, generally it takes 2-3 months for it to go away. What would be the weak link for golfers elbow? ...

    @janhamr85333 years ago I don’t agree with you in the tennis elbow topic...I had the tennis elbow in the past diagnosticated by a doctor and it hurt when i was doing pulling exercises and Also in pushing exercises like diamont push ups, close hspu, triceps or impossible dips and in triceps extencions as well . These exercises are puting very much stress in the elbows.... ... 1
