If you want to sprint and run faster you need to get your your head right! Head position plays a significant role in influencing running mechanics and speed. Why? Because it plays a major role in determining body positions and posture. A lot of sprinters try to "stay low" and end up tucking the chin to the chest. This causes the hips to be out of alignment and throws off the center of mass - leading to reduced power output and slower sprinting.
