First Time ELECTRIC Loco Train & Loco Change at BAW | Indian Railways

First time ever Electric Loco hauled Train enters the first station on the Bangalore - Hubli Line - Chikkabanawara Railway Station, which is also the end point of Electrification presently. The Velankanni - Vasco Da Gama Weekly Express which use to have a loco change from Electric to Diesel at Yesvantpur all these days is now made to Bypass Yesvantpur via Baiyappanahalli - Banaswadi -Hebbal - Lottegollahalli - Yesvantpur Bypasss and reach Chikkabanawara. The train will have Loco Change at this station hence forth. The video covers the complete Loco change process and some train spotting . The entire process took almost an hour to complete.
