I have recorded this video while returning from office. It was heavely raining in nganglam and nganglam river was furious. Monson in Bhutan easpecially in southern bhutan is some time severe. This year few brave Bhutanese lost their life in monson. Nganglam pemagatshel is located in southern part of Bhutan.
