He took me in a Cars 2 Go to go dumpster diving at a local grocery store. This was my first dumpster dive and it is to raise awareness about just how much food is thrown away in our country. 165 billion pounds annually, to be exact. We talk about what Rob has seen on his travels in different dumpsters and about the truth behind expiration dates. We gather our goods to make a dumpster smoothie. Rob also gives me a quick tutorial on his home composter. Rob is constantly on the go finding ways to live more sustainability and raise awareness. However, if you see a dumpster inside a fenced enclosure with a no trespassing sign or a dumpster leaning against the side of a building, immediately leave and find another one. Those garbage bins are not a part of the public domain meaning that you can be charged for trespassing. You only want to go for public dumpsters
