SAN JULIAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, formerly known as SAN JULIAN PRIMARY SCHOOL in the SCHOOLS DISTRICT OF BADIANGAN, SCHOOLS DIVISION OF ILOILO held its Class of 2021 Virtual Graduation Ceremony with the theme, STRENGTHENING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AMID THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
