We will focus on bringing more balance between the strength and flexibility of our hamstrings. Grab a yoga block (or a chunky book) and a little towel that we will use to slide on the floor (if you've got carpets on your floor, a plastic bag should do the trick!).
Without being more careful and mindful, yoga can have a way of overstretching our hamstring muscles which can cause pain or lead to injuries in the long-run.
With the goal of keeping our practice as healthy and as sustainable as we can, I invite you to challenge your hamstrings with this strengthening practice.
