Running out of breakfast ideas? Try this simple yet tasty and delicious 😋😋 upma with puffed rice. In some places it is called UGGANI .but I always prepare in my style. But when I prepare this dish it reminds me of my father, every spoon it goes to my mouth I feel like my father is feeding me. When my mum is busy or late from work and he is early from work. The evenings are some times served this dish by my father. Nanna in memory of you I love this dish and loved to prepared reminding you. Love u nanna. . . . Ingredients: 🍅 - 2 🧅 - 2 Green chilli - 5 to 6( depends on spicy) Curry leaf 🌿 Coriander leaves . . Preparation method: In hot oil, Saute onions , chilli, and curry leaf and then add chopped tomatoes add salt and little tumeric if u like or else not required. Meanwhile, take the puffed rice and soak it water for about 5 mins . After tomatoes are soft and mushy , squeeze the puffed rice and add to the gravy. Mix well and garnish some corriader. Tada your breakfast is ready. Thank me later.
