[INDONESIAN] Bikin Bakwan Rujak Kangkung Ala Mamatua. Makanan satu ini memiliki keunikan yaitu menggunakan kangkung sebagai bahan utamanya dan pelengkap nya adalah bakwan sayur dan Tauge rebus. Rasanya benar-benar menggugah selera. Disini saya akan membuat Bakwan sayur rujak kangkung buat semua Resep Bikin Bakwan sayur Bahan : 300 gr tepung terigu 80 gr tepung bumbu crispy 1 butir telur ayam 200-250 ml air bersih 1 buah kol ukuran kecil di iris tipis 3 buah wortel di kupas iris korek api tipis 1 bungkus tauge, di cuci dan bersihkan 5 siung bawang merah, di blender 3 siung bawang putih, di blender 5 cabe keriting, di blender ½ sdm gula ½ sdm msg ½ sdm garam 1 sdm kaldu ayam 1 Liter Minyak Goreng untuk menggoreng bakwan Langkah: 1. Masukkan semua sayuran seperti kol, wortel dan tauge yang sudah di iris dan di bersihkan ke dalam 1 mangkuk 2. Masukkan tepung terigu, tepung bumbu, telur ayam, dan air ke dalam mangkok berisi sayuran , aduk hingga tercampur rata 3. Masukkan bumbu bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe keriting yang sudah di blender dgn sedikit air 4. Tambahkan bumbu penyedap garam, mesg, gula dan kaldu ayam. Cicipi jika rasanya sudah pas tidak ada yang menonjol diantara salah satupenyedap artinya ok 5. Setelah semua bahan tercampur dengan baik dan rata, adonan bakwan siap di goreng 6. Tuangkan Minyak goreng tunggu sampai panas lalu masukkan adonan bakwan, bentuk sesuai selera =================== #Bakwan #bakwanrujakkangkung [INDONESIAN] Resep Bikin Rujak Kangkung Bahan : ½-1 ikat kangkung yang hijau dan lunak batangnya, di petik lalu di cuci hingga bersih dan direbus 2 bungkus tauge, dicuci bersih lalu di rebus dalam air mendidih 6 siung bawang merah, di rebus kering 10 buah cabe rawit, rebus kering 6 buah cabe keriting, rebus kering 1 plastik kecil asam jawa, di cairkan dengan sedikit air hangat 1 buah gula merah ukuran sedang ½ sdm gula ½ sdm msg ½ sdm garam 1 sdm kaldu ayam Langkah: 1. Semua bahan sayur yaitu Kangkung dan Tauge di rebus sebentar, sisihkan untuk plating nanti 2. Masukkan bawang merah, cabe rawt dan cabe keriting rebus keringnya dalam cobek dan di ulek hinga tercampur merata dan halus kasar 3. Tambahkan bumbu penyedap garam, msg, gula dan kaldu ayam 4. Tambahkan 1 buah gula merah, ulek bersama cabe dan bawang merah 5. Masukkan air asam jawa sebanyak 1- 2 sdm,di aduk rata semua yang diulek. Dirasa jika pas rasanya siap di plating 6.
