In this episode, we highlight the Iraqi Tariq 9mm pistol. This pistol was manufactured in Iraq for use during the Iran-Iraq war in the 1980's. Sadam Hussein and the Iraqi military starting making them after it was licensed to them by Beretta and modeled after the model 1951. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this gun is...How did it get into the United States? Well, as we know, they are not able to be imported. That leads us to believe they were brought back in a diplomatic pouch or by a US soldier. Comment and let us know what you think!
