Ingredients:
• Urad Dal – 1 Cup
• Idli Rava – 2 ½ Cups
• Methi Dana / Fenugreek Seeds – 1 tsp
• Masala Dosa Curry / Sabzi (add Shimla Mirch / Green Pepper to the curry while preparing the curry. )

• Method of Preparation:
• Soad Urad Dal in 4 cups of water overnight. Also wash and soak Idli Rava in 5 cups of water separately.
• After 8 to 10 hours, grind the Urad dal in a mixer or Wet Grinder into a smooth paste without adding much water. Only add water little by little and grind Urad dal smoothly. Take out the ground Urad dal in a Big Bowl / Big Vessel.
• Drain off the water from Idli Rava. Squeeze off the excess water and add it to the Bowl of ground Urad dal. Mix well. Add Salt.
• Mix the Batter well and it the ferment for 10 to 12 hours.
• Heat up a Pan. Drizzle 1 tsp Oil on the Pan.
• Pour 2 laddle full of Batter and spread it in circular motion on the Pan and make Uttapam. Add 1 tsp Oil . After 5 mins, flip it on other side.
• Place 1 tbsp of Masala Dosa curry and spread it on the Uttapam
• Cook on the other side with the curry.
• Our Masala Uttapam is ready !!! Serve it with Sambhar and Coconut Chutney.
