The other half, i.e the recipe, is solved here :) Do try my recipes for both Restaurant style and Home style Paneer Masala sabji. #PaneerRecipes #PaneerMasala #Ranveerbrar PANEER MASALA Preparation time 5 minutes Cooking time 20-25 minutes Serving 2 Ingredients For Crushed Paste 1 inch Ginger, roughly slice, अदरक 2-4 Garlic cloves, लहसुन 2 fresh Green chill, हरी मिर्चi Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार For Gravy 4 tbsp Ghee, घी 1 tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा 2 Cloves, लॉन्ग 1 Green cardamom, हरी इलायची Prepared Ginger Garlic paste, तैयार किया हुआ अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट 3 medium size Onion, chopped, प्याज ½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर 2 heaped tsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 2 tsp Curd, beaten, दही 3 medium size Tomato, chopped, टमाटर ½ cup Water, पानी 400 gms Paneer, cut into cube size, पनीर For Garnish ½ inch Ginger, julienned, अदरक Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता Curd, beaten, दही Kasuri methi (optional ) 1 tsp Process For Crushed Paste In a mortar pestle, add ginger, garlic, green chillies, salt to taste and make a smooth paste of it. For Gravy In a kadai, add ghee once’s it's hot, add cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom and let it spluter well. Add prepared ginger garlic paste and saute it well. Add onion and saute it until light golden brown. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, degi red chilli powder and saute until the row smell goes away. Add curd, tomato and saute it well. Add little water and cook for a minute. Blend the mixture with a hand blender to a smooth gravy. Add a little water and cook the gravy for more 5 minutes on medium flame. Add paneer and cook for a few minutes.
