    @aburaagekojima45285 years ago its unusual to see egg white in chinese cooking,i know “赛螃蟹” “芙蓉鸡片” and “雪绵豆沙” a fried dessert dishes that use egg white and red beans in LiaoNing province.
    by the way its feel satisfied and pleasure to watch a pro chief cooked in this clean kitchen ;)

    @abhishes5 years ago Question: In Chinese restaurants do they re-use the oil in the same way as shown here? If this is the case, there will be no such thing as "vegetarian" because the same oil gets used to fry all kinds of meat and vegetables. ... 5
