This is the easiest hack and can save you so much time!
Recipe:
1 block of tofu
1 tsp black pepper
1 T garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
wood ear mushroom
rice paper
Steam the rolls on a plate for 15 minutes and top with bean sprouts & fried onions. Eat fresh! If the rice paper gets to be too cold/hard re-steam for another 5 minutes.
