超級簡單易做的早餐燕麥片,加點奶就可以吃了。我平時還會當零食吃呢hehe。不過堅果很健康,不過卡路里不少呀,太好吃也要注意分量~~
食譜:
原粒燕麥片 1杯
混合堅果,乾果 1杯
亞麻籽 3湯匙
奇亞籽 4 湯匙
杏仁粉 3 湯匙
花生醬 3 湯匙
蜜糖 1 湯匙
花生醬粉 4 湯匙
水 1/3 杯
Recipe:
1 CUP OF RAW OATS
1 CUP OF MIX NUTS AND DRIED FRUIT
3 TBSP OF FLAX SEED
4 TBSP OF CHIA SEED
3 TBSP OF ALMOND POWDER
3 TBSP OF PEANUT BUTTER
1 TBSP OF HONEY
4 TBSP OF PEANUT BUTTER POWDER
1/3 CUP OF WATER
