Simple healthy avocado hummus my style of simple avocado covidender leaves hummus - ingredients :- I. Avocado - I full 2. Chickpea - I cup 3. Coridandor leaves 4. Garlic - 3 cloves Spices - 1.Red chili powder 2. Cumin powder 3. Lemon 4 salt 5. Olive oils 6. Redchilflakes 7. Parsley 8. Basil 9. Pumpkinseeds (for garnishing). Method :: 1. before night soke the chickpea the next day morning doin the water 2. Take a pressure cooker add chickpea add water & baking soda. Put the 3 to 4 wishers Put all pleasure 3. Prepare the all ingredients 4. Take a food proceer add garlic just crushed 5. Then add coriander leaves grind it 6. Then add cooked chickpea and add lemon, cumin powder , salt, 7. Add some olive oil and grind fin paste 8.
