Simple healthy avocado hummus
my style of simple avocado covidender leaves hummus
- ingredients :-
I. Avocado - I full
2. Chickpea - I cup
3. Coridandor leaves
4. Garlic - 3 cloves
Spices -
1.Red chili powder
2. Cumin powder
3. Lemon
4 salt
5. Olive oils
6. Redchilflakes
7. Parsley
8. Basil
9. Pumpkinseeds (for garnishing).
Method ::
1. before night soke the chickpea the next day morning doin the water
2. Take a pressure cooker add chickpea add water & baking soda.
Put the 3 to 4 wishers
Put all pleasure
3. Prepare the all ingredients
4. Take a food proceer add garlic just crushed
5. Then add coriander leaves grind it
6. Then add cooked chickpea and add lemon, cumin powder , salt,
7. Add some olive oil and grind fin paste
8. Now avocado coriander hummus is ready
For tempering _
Take a-pan then heat add the olive oil, then stove off add clikeflakes and pasty and Basil leave
Transfer into hummus
Now garnishing with red chili powder and some pumpkin seeds
Enjoy the avocado coriander hummus with nanny’s,pita breads&kaboos&lavashes
