INGREDIENTS:
1. Broken Wheat - 200 gms soaked overnight
2. Pulses ; Moong, Chana Dal, Toor Dal, Masoor Dal and Urad Dal - 2 tbsp each.
3. Almond - handful
4.Fried onions - 3cups
5. Fried cashews
6.Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
7. Turmeric -3/4 tsp
8. Salt to taste
9.Coriander - 2 cups
10. Mint leaves -15-20
11. Green chillies - 10 - 12
12.Bay leaf - 2
13. Cinnamon sticks -2
14. Cardamom - 3
15. Cloves -3
16. Mace - 1 pc
17.Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
18. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
19. Shahzeera - 1 tsp
20. Peppercorns - 1 tsp
21. Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
22. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
23. Meat Mutton / Beef /Chicken - 500 - 750 gms
