Today Sharing with you all a itallian special dish Vegetable Lasagna using Whole Wheat Bread and Maggie . Vegetable Lasagna is everyones favorite dish loaded with veggies,sauces,and vegetables. I have modified this dish by using Whole Wheat Bread and Maggie.
I have baked in the oven ,one can also bake without oven too.

INGREDIENTS -
For Red Sauce -
2 Tomatoes Boiled & Pureed
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Red chill Flakes - 1 Tsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Salt
Sugar - 1 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 Tbsp
2- For White Sauce :-
Butter - 3 Tbsp
All Purpose Flour - 3 Tbsp
Milk - 1 Cup
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
Salt.
3 - Vegetables
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Red Chill powder - 1 Tsp
Salt
Chopped Veggies - Capcicum,( Red, Yellow,Green,Zuchinni,Carrots, Mushrooms)
4 - Maggie
2 Maggie Packets
1 & 1/2 cup water
Maggie Masala packets ( cook Maggie half done)
8- Whole Wheat Bread slices - Remove the edges and roll out thin.
