You can use the checkbox together with conditional formatting to strikethrough words - i.e. strike tasks off every time the checkbox is checked. @robertthompson73343 years ago There' s another option to make theorinvisible. While the suggestion to make the font color white will work in highlights the cells in a color (such as red or gray) then the white font would show up.
instead, go into " format cells. " and change the format fromtowith the custom format being 3 semi-colons;
the cell will still have the true or false value, but the text will be invisible regardless of font color or highlight color.
