Band routine is an excellent exercise to add more intensity to your workout. This routine consists of 3 series, one to target the glutes, one to tone the shoulders and one to strengthen the core. Each exercise is performed 40 second work / 20 second rest & repeated 3 times Brace your abs and squeeze the glutes the entire workout. Don't forget to breathe Enjoy 🙂
