Reverse Lunges
Core Flutters
Bodyweight Squats
Pushup shoulder taps
Bicycle crunches.
Beginners: perform each exercise for 45 secs
Intermediate: perform each exercise for 60secs
Advance: perform each exercise for 75 secs
