These Cinnamon Rolls (Buns) are bakery style; Cinnamon Rolls that are sweet, tender, big, rich, and filled with cinnamon sugar and butter, then topped with cream cheese icing (frosting). If you like Cinnabon Rolls, or rolls from Main Street Bakery at Disney's Magic Kingdom, then you should try these homemade buns! Dessert for breakfast! Simply delicious! Get the full Cinnamon Rolls Recipe with instructions and measurements @ http://www.DishinWithDi.com/cinnamon-rolls-recipe/ I hope you enjoy my Easy Cinnamon Roll Recipe! Di ;)
Note: These Cinnamon Rolls are made with yeast and with milk. I use a stand mixer with a dough hook and paddle to make the dough, but it can be made by hand, just like any bread dough or pizza dough.

Ingredients:
Sweet Roll Dough: (scalded) milk, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, water, dry active yeast (yeast)
Cinnamon Sugar Filling: ground cinnamon, brown sugar, butter - to make with raisins, add about 3/4 cup raisins to filling
Cream Cheese Icing: Cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar ( icing sugar, confectioners' sugar)
**Recipe not made with Bisquick or with biscuits. Recipes using a make ahead method may call their rolls "overnight" cinnamon rolls, but it's simply refrigerating the uncooked rolls to proof slowly and baking them the next day.

@PSAvideo4u5 years agoYour explanation of why the milk should be scalded (reduce proteins) was something I have never heard before. And your demonstration of rolling towards you, brushing water along the final edge and using a serrated knife were also great suggestions. I have previously made a version of these a bunch of times but the centers of my rolls always tended to pop up because I rolled them too tightly - another great tip from you on how to avoid this. ...2

Bread making is an art. ...3
