So Kaiserreich has gotten a new update and one of the countries that has been reworked is the Baltic State which is a mix of the Teutonic and Livonian order and Estonia, Latvia with a spice of German imperialism. This country has got a lot of problems and instability, while also being part of the German sphere in Europe. Although victorious, German dominance is questionable. Russia is rising from the East and the Syndicalists are rising from the West. Meanwhile the Baltic State is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Will it stay with the German Empire or will it abandon that and push for something completely different. If this duchy that's controlled by Germans now stays alive while the German mainland falls, will they be able to revive the German Empire and make a new state? Yes, that's one of the things you could do as this country. If Germany dies, you can become the New Germany and make a new empire.
