San Antonio 1850s Mill and a Crystal Clear Waterfall. This River is Amazing! I found this awesome Spillway at an Old 1850s Mill, and it was some seriously Clear Water. How to fish Clear water is one of the thoughts I had getting near this big rushing waterfall and being in the kayak I had to be very sneaky in my approach. I found a huge culvert next to the waterfall that could also hold some bass. This clear water river is the shortest river in texas and has some monster bass in it. There are even some Smallmouth in this strange and awesome place.
