They all involve the cable machine. The first is plank and cable row, then side plank and cable row, then free wall sit and cable row. Do these exercises 3x10 with 30 seconds of rest for great results at a high intensity pace. This is an awesome workout! It builds muscle, lose weight and burns fat. This routine requires no equipment and is quick and fast. . It will help you build a six pack and burn those love handles as well as burn calories. It’s good for beginners and veterans alike. Your personal trainer will approve. It is similar to and includes principles of P90x, crossfit, insanity, HIT, HITT, high intensity training, interval training, free weights, body building, power lifting, weight training, tabata, kickboxing, boxing, MMA.
